Secure Enterprise Browser formerly XBrowser / Seed Browser

XEnterpriseBrowser

The web is your largest and least governed channel. Now it is under policy.

XEnterpriseBrowser brings employees' corporate web access under policy, DLP and central management. Risky sites are blocked, clipboard and file movement is governed, sessions are recorded and the whole browser fleet is managed from one console.

Product story

Most corporate data now flows through the browser: SaaS apps, email, file sharing, AI tools. Yet the browser is the least managed client in the enterprise. XEnterpriseBrowser closes that gap by moving security and DLP policy inside the browser, removing the difference between personal and corporate browsing, and bringing shadow-browser usage into enterprise visibility.

Capabilities

HTTPS-only & risk scoring

Unencrypted connections are blocked; every site is scored by risk and treated according to policy.

Anti-phishing

Phishing and fake login pages are detected via heuristic plus signature checks, with the user warned.

In-browser DLP

Clipboard, upload, cross-domain and content policies are enforced at browser level, leaving no channel gap.

Session recording

Sessions on critical applications are recorded so investigations can see pre-incident context.

Enterprise store

Approved extensions and internal web apps ship from the enterprise store; unapproved extensions cannot run.

Identity & 2FA

Integrated with LDAP, Argus Identity and SeedCom OTP; SSO and second factor are enforced at browser level.

Fleet management

Browser inventory, version rollout, policy bundles and session telemetry managed from one console.

DLP channel sharing

Policy and event channels are shared with SEED DLP and RADR DLP; one policy applies on endpoint and browser.

Architecture and technology

Architectural approach

XEnterpriseBrowser has three layers: the secure browser client, the admin dashboard and browser controllers on the Argus Backend. The client pulls and applies its policy bundle at launch; risk scoring, anti-phishing, DLP and 2FA decisions are made server-side. The enterprise store governs extension and internal app distribution. Session recordings and telemetry flow to the Argus hub, while DLP events are shared with SEED DLP / RADR DLP channels.

Frequently asked questions

Will users lose their Chrome habits?

No. The client offers a familiar browsing experience; the only difference is corporate policy enforced in the background.

Can we reuse our existing DLP investment?

Yes. Policy and event channels are shared with SEED DLP or RADR DLP; no second policy set is needed.

Do internal web apps keep working?

Internal web apps are registered through the enterprise store and work seamlessly; required extensions are added to the allow list.

How are recordings handled with respect to privacy?

Policy defines which applications are recorded; data processing and retention rules are configurable under KVKK.
